This is a beautiful, soft noil blend of Natural Colored 60% Polworth wool with 40% dark brown Yak.....Super soft.
A little goes a long way. I used 1/4oz with 2oz of wool for spinning into a lovely tweed 2-ply yarn.

Noil is a by-product of the factory carding process that leaves short bits of fiber behind. It is great for artists! Mix in with your hand made paper for texture, blend in with your wools to create beautiful tweed effects in your yarns. Perfect for adding texture to wet or needle felting, think rocks and tree bark. Easy to stitch over when felted. Their diet consists of Mulberry leaves. Mulberry silk is produced in a controlled warm environment.
