Most products are returnable and refundable if they are in the same condition as when they left our shop. Custom orders which have been created for you or custom dyed products are not returnable.

You are responsible for all return shipping fees. If items arrive damaged or not as described please let us know before sending them back. We will need a picture of any damage for insurance purposes.

After we receive your returned item, the item will be inspected to be sure it is in the same condition as when shipped. A credit will be issued to your account within 24 hours of receipt of the returned item. You will be notified when your return has been processed via email. It may take several days for the funds to arrive in your account.
